What can I do if I can't make it to the event?
If you confirmed and/or pay for an event and you wish to cancel, you can write us to
cancelaciones@speeddatesclub.com with at least 3 days in advance, telling us your full name,
member number, day and time of the event you wish to cancel. By doing this you can reschedule for
another event by paying only a 50% extra fee.
What happens if I don't cancel with at least 3 days in advance?
In this case you loose 100% of what you paid and you can't reschedule for another event.
If I canceled within the time you ask for, but I don't want to reschedule for another event, would you
give me a refund of that 50% that I paid for?
Yes. You will need to give us your bank account number and/or your 18 digits CLABE for an electronic
transfer, and you will get your money back within the next 5 business days.
If at the last minute I can't make it to an event I paid for, can someone else go instead of me?
Yes, but this person should be a member of Speed Dates Club, be your same gender, be on the
same age range you are and get on time.
What happens if I said I was going to make it to an event, and I just simply don't make it or call?
Speed Dates Club has a Black List, where we give our members 3 chances to fail (we consider
sometimes could be an emergency, or don't have our number at hand) but if our members fail 3 times
they loose their membership and can be a part of our club again.
