Deactivations, suspensions and reactivations
of the membership
Can I temporary deactivate my membership?

Yes. In case you are leaving the city for a long period of time, or your are dating someone, you can
always deactivate your membership by sending us an e-mail to
socios@speeddatesclub.com with
your name and member number and just asking us to deactivate your membership. By doing this you
wont be getting more invitations or information from us until you decide to active it again.

For how long can I keep my membership inactive

For as long as you want to. You can active it anytime.

How do I activate my membership again?

By sending us an e-mail to socios@speeddatesclub.com with your name and member number and
asking us to activate the membership again. By doing this you will get invitations from us again and
will be able to go to the events.

Can I cancel my membership permanently?

Yes. Send and e-mail to socios@speeddatesclub.com with your name and member number and
asking us to permanently cancel your membership.

How can my membership get suspended?

It happens when we detect that a member hasn't pay the monthly fee. Speed Dates Club gives to the
member a grace period of time to pay, but if the payment is not done on time, then the member gets
suspended.

What happens when a membership gets suspended?

The member wont get any more e-mails from us, except for the e-mail letting him/her know that got
suspended for not paying on time and that now will need to make an additional payment besides the
monthly fee.

How much is that additional fee?

$100 pesos.

Should I pay that right away, or how does it work?

This additional fee should be paid only if the member wants to use his/her membership again.

How can I reactivate my service if I am suspended?

First you will need to send an e-mail to socios@speeddatesclub.com letting us know you want to,
telling us your name, a phone number where we can locate you and your member number (if you
have it) Once you let us know, you will need to make your monthly payment (remember you get
discounts by paying a trimester, semester or yearly) and the additional $100 pesos for getting
suspended.

Why should I pay that extra money for not paying?

Because it is fair, considering that the other members did pay on time.

If I deactivate my membership voluntarily and I wish to reactivate it, should I also pay that
additional fee you are talking about?

No. If you want to reactivate it, wont cost you nothing at all, unless you got suspended for not paying
on time first, because then you will have to pay the additional $100 pesos.
