born in Los Angeles, California and it was created
by Yaacov Deyo and some of his students. The
idea was to make singles meet in an easier way.
The first event was at Pete’s Cafe in Beverly Hills
in the late 1998.
The concept was modified, and the one we know
now was ready by 1999. Today, thousands of
people meet this way.

countries like the US, Canada, England, Spain,
France and Chile, and it’s been accepted by the
